E-mail

E-mail is a great tool to keep in contact with your clients. You will receive your own personal Brennco e-mail address that allows you to conveniently download all your e-mails into Outlook or Outlook Express. Our e-mail program is web-based so you can access you e-mails from any computer in the world.

Our Wincruise System (see more below) also sends out e-mails on your behalf. In addition to sending invoices, Wincruise also automatically sends e-mails from you while your clients are traveling so your welcome home/how was your trip e-mail is waiting for them when they return. E-mails are also sent from you with holiday, birthday & anniversary well wishes.

Finally client e-mail is a great marketing and informational tool. You can opt your personal clients into any of our marketing programs, including e-mail. If you elect to do so, when we send out e-mails your clients will be included. You can also send out an e-mail to your clients anytime you want. Two of the more popular uses for this is advising everyone of an upcoming trip the agent is escorting or trying to sell that last one or two cabins to earn a TC. These e-mails will come directly from you and can be customized to include your clients name in the body of the e-mail.

Phone System

Brennco Travel Services has invested heavily into a state-of-the-art phone system allowing agents the best in communication needs. You will be added into our system and given your own extension number, allowing your clients to reach you 24/7. The system allows us to transfer you new leads as well as calls from your existing clients. Calls can be transferred to any phone number you desire, including cell & IP phones. This is all done with no additional expense or equipment required.

WinCruise

WinCruise is a set of top rated Customer, Booking and Group Management tools

cruise lines' ships, sailing and itineraries. PC-CRUISER is so quick and

easy you can use it on the fly in a sales conversation with a client -

without missing a beat. Normal subscription Price -$99 a year. It's yours

FREE with Cruises and Tours by Brennco.

Cruise Center:

The Vacation.com CruiseCenter is a secondary source for group space with

group blocks reserved on over 1,000 sailings from a variety of preferred

suppliers. The primary objective of the CruiseCenter is to provide better

pricing, added incentives and access space on sold out departures. In

some instances CruiseCenter will charter an entire ship giving us exclusive

access to a sailing.

Brennco's Web Sites

Brennco currently has six consumer web sites, each one listed in search and

listing engines, such as Google, Yahoo or MSN. All have been built to offer

clients a way to booking directly on our Revelex cruise engine or request a

quote 24/7. Allowing us to pass the live bookings on to our agents to

service and then receive commission on. E-commence is just another way that

Brennco can offer leads and sales to their team of agents.
